The “People and Culture” piece at work influences traction in a quite specific way.
It is the difference between walking along a clear, well-maintained path or on soft sand, or wading through water.
You can still get there, is it just that every step is a little harder than it needs to be. This drag is tough to see, but you can feel it.
So, I built a thing to help.
I built a simple symptom spotter – not really sure what to call it, I’ve gone with “Integrated Leaders (Quick) Diagnostic” which sounds plausible enough. Fifteen yes/no questions – 5 minutes.
You will get a personalised report that shows you where your organisation is strong, where there’s drag, and where to target to reduce the drag and improve your traction.
