Weekly mood and mental clarity check-ins give you tangible feedback. By the end of 30 days, you’ll have real data, a real ‘test drive’, to know whether meditation works for you.

What You Get

Kickoff Session (Zoom, ~60 minutes)
We’ll cover what meditation is, and why you may have struggled in the past – why meditation is a hard habit to establish (the dopamine problem), and the proven benefits. You’ll identify your personal WHY, set your individual goal, and commit publicly. We’ll aggregate to a group target and provide meditation app recommendations to support your practice.
Daily Practice (Throughout March-April)
Meditate at your own pace and log your minutes. Watch the group metric climb toward the shared target.
Weekly Check-Ins (Every Friday)
Quick 2-minute reflection: rate your mental clarity, general mood, and confidence in your meditation practice. Track whether you’re experiencing the benefits.
Closing Celebration (Zoom, ~60 minutes, end of March)
Review results, share experiences, reflect on what you learned. Did meditation validate itself for you?
